【我们对你的期待】 1、专业背景：计算机、通信、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、扎实的基本功：对数据结构、算法、计算机网络 (TCP/IP)、操作系统有扎实且深入的理解，这是你未来技术远航的基石。 3、编程能力：至少熟练掌握 Java/Kotlin/Objective-C/Swift/C++ 中的一种，并对移动端原生开发抱有浓厚的兴趣。 4、AI 能力：主动将 AI 工具纳入编码和问题排查的工作流，同时对 AI 给出的方案保持审慎——能够识别其中的潜在问题，并有意识地进行验证。 5、优秀的综合素质： （1）保持敏锐：对新技术和产品体验有好奇心，遇到不懂的愿意自己钻进去搞明白。 （2）追根究底：遇到Bug或异常现象，不止于“换个写法就好了”，愿意探究背后的原因。 （3）Owner意识：对自己的代码和模块负责，上线后主动关注反馈，发现问题主动修复。 【优先考虑】 1、独立上架过 App，或做过有真实用户的产品。 2、能说清楚一次「AI 给出的方案看似正确但实际有问题」，以及自己是如何发现的。 3、有技术博客、开源项目贡献或竞赛获奖经历。
