1. 教育背景数学、统计、信息管理、计算机、管理学等相关专业，本科及以上 2. 技能要求（必须） - 掌握 SQL 基础，了解数据库原理 - 熟悉 Excel 常用函数与数据透视表 - 具备 Python 数据分析基础（pandas / matplotlib 等） - 良好的结构化思考与沟通表达能力 加分项 - 了解数数等埋点及用户行为分析工具 - 参与过数据竞赛、科研或实习项目并有可展示成果 - 个人特质好奇心强，自我驱动，愿意快速学习并适应变化；对社交产品与游戏行业有浓厚兴趣
