Was du bewegst

  • Du begleitest Führungskräfte entlang des Employee Lifecycles, entwickelst P\&C\-Strategien und \-Massnahmen im Einklang mit Unternehmenszielen und gestaltest Veränderungsprozesse. Trends erkennst Du früh und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Du unterstützt bei komplexen personalrechtlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und förderst eine konstruktive, wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Führungskultur.
  • Du führst das People \& Culture\-Team fachlich und personell und förderst eine offene, vertrauensvolle Teamkultur. Du priorisierst und koordinierst P\&C\-Themen, coachst Dein Team in seiner Entwicklung und sicherst eine hohe Qualität der HR\-Arbeit.
  • Du begleitest anspruchsvolle Employee\-Relations\-Themen wie Konflikte und Trennungsprozesse. Du leitest HR\-Projekte, entwickelst Prozesse, Systeme und Angebote weiter und treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR\-Prozesse und \-Standards voran.
  • Du leitest den ganzen Rekrutierungsbereich und stellst sicher, dass wir geeignete Kandidaten:innen für WePractice gewinnen können. Du nimmst aktiv am Rekrutierungsprozess teil und führst regelmässig Interviews mit geeigneten Kandidaten:innen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung und internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern zusammen, bringst Ideen ein, hinterfragst Bestehendes und wirkst an konkreten Angeboten und Konzepten mit, um WePractice kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Was du mitbringst

* Bildung: Abgeschlossene Grund\- oder Weiterbildung * Fachrichtung: HR * Berufserfahrung: 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung HR * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior HR Business Partner in einer vergleichbaren Funktion * Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung eines HR\-Teams * Fundierte Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften sowie im Umgang mit komplexen People \& Culture\-Themen * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR\-Prozessen * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Organisationsentwicklungs\- und Veränderungsprozessen von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Gesundheits\- oder Praxisumfeld von Vorteil * Deutsch (B1\) * Englisch (ADVANTAGEOUS) Es werden nur Online\-Bewerbungen über das Bewerbungsportal berücksichtigt.
