Misión del Puesto:

Ser el puente estratégico entre el negocio, los clientes y el equipo de desarrollo, asegurando que cada entrega de producto genere el máximo valor. Como Product Owner, serás responsable de definir la visión del producto, gestionar su backlog y trabajar en estrecha colaboración con todas las partes interesadas para garantizar que las soluciones desarrolladas cumplan con los objetivos del negocio y las necesidades del usuario final.

Responsabilidades:

  • Definir y priorizar el backlog del producto, alineado con los objetivos del negocio y las necesidades del cliente.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, diseño y stakeholders para asegurar la entrega de productos de alto impacto.
  • Traducir requerimientos en historias de usuario claras y accionables.
  • Asegurar una comunicación efectiva entre clientes y equipos técnicos.
  • Analizar métricas y feedback de usuarios para mejorar continuamente el producto.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Product Owner en entornos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Conocimiento en desarrollo de software, gestión de productos digitales o proyectos de TI.
  • Habilidades en priorización de tareas y toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Capacidad de comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y de negocio.
  • Deseable certificación CSPO, SAFe PO/PM o equivalente.
