Mitarbeiter:in Vertriebsinnendienst Export (m/w/d)

voller Begeisterung und Enthusiasmus dabei unterstützt, dass unsere Kunden bestmöglichen Service erfahren.

Worauf du dich freuen kannst

  • Als Mitarbeiter:in (m/w/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst verantwortest du die Kundenbetreuung mit dem Schwerpunkt Export
  • Du wirst aktiv in die Angebotserstellung und -verfolgung eingebunden, wobei du auch Kunden- sowie Artikelstammdaten anlegst und pflegst
  • Du unterstützt bei der Auswahl von Listungsvorschlägen sowie Kundenkatalogbearbeitungen und verantwortest die Auftrags- und Terminverfolgung sowie das aktive Forderungsmanagement
  • Die Erstellung von Boni-, Provisions- und Jahresendabrechnungen für Kunden, Verbände und Vertreter gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie gelegentliche Dienstreisen und Messeteilnahmen
  • Als aktiver Support für den Vertriebsaußendienst unterstützt du durch die Auswertung von Statistiken und Analyse von Kunden

Worauf wir gemeinsam aufbauen

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (m/w/d), als Industriekauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst mit dem Schwerpunkt Export in Dritt- und EU-Länder gesammelt
  • Du hast Spaß daran Kunden zu entwickeln sowie zu analysieren und diese aktiv in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsaußendienst zu betreuen
  • Durch sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift), ausgeprägte Kontaktfähigkeit sowie Dienstleistungsbereitschaft kommunizierst du sicher auf allen Ebenen – weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Dein Umgang mit MS-Office ist sicher, du bist interessiert, dich hier stetig weiterzuentwickeln und kannst idealerweise auf Kenntnisse in SAP (insbesondere Modul SD) zurückgreifen
  • Du bist ein Macher (m/w/d), kein Abwickler (m/w/d) und hast den Willen sowie das Interesse Abläufe zu hinterfragen, um gemeinsam an Veränderungsprozessen zu arbeiten, die das Tagesgeschäft optimieren
