Een toonaangevende organisatie in de automotive- en leasingsector in Suriname zoekt een Senior Commercial & Operations Manager. De organisatie beheert meerdere merken en business units op het gebied van automotive retail, leasing en mobiliteitsoplossingen. De functie heeft directe invloed op de commerciele en operationele prestaties van de organisatie.

TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Vertalen van de organisatiestrategie naar concrete operationele plannen.
  • Realiseren van commerciele groei, omzet- en margedoelstellingen.
  • Ontwikkelen van nieuwe lease- en mobiliteitsoplossingen.
  • Onderhouden van relaties met klanten, leveranciers, fabrikanten en strategische partners.
  • Integreren en optimaliseren van aftersales-, werkplaats-, onderdelen- en administratieve processen.
  • Bewaken van financiele prestaties, budgetten, marges en werkkapitaal.
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en managementteams.
  • Initiëren van organisatieverbeteringen en verandertrajecten.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten aan directie en management.
  • Bachelor of master in Bedrijfskunde, Automotive Management, Economie of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal 8 tot 10 jaar relevante managementervaring.
  • Gedegen kennis van automotive retail, leasing en dealerorganisaties.
  • Kennis van operationeel management, financiele analyse en budgettering.
  • Ervaring met verandermanagement, organisatieontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Ervaring met aansturing van meerdere business units of afdelingen.
  • Aantoonbare eindverantwoordelijkheid op commercieel en operationeel vlak.
