Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren klachtenfunctionaris.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bemiddelt bij klachten van patiënten en naasten en begeleidt zorgverleners in het proces.
  • Je voert gesprekken, brengt belangen in beeld en werkt samen aan oplossingen.
  • Je analyseert klachten en vertaalt inzichten naar verbeterkansen in de organisatie.
  • Je registreert klachten zorgvuldig, bewaakt procedures en stelt rapportages op.
  • Je adviseert over klachtrecht, wet- en regelgeving en ondersteunt professionals bij preventie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het Klachtenbureau en het Stafbureau van de Raad van Bestuur.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Opleiding tot klachtenfunctionaris of een HBO/WO-achtergrond met ervaring in mediation of conflicthantering.
  • Kennis van Wkkgz, WGBO en AVG.
  • Uitstekende gespreks- en schrijfvaardigheden.
  • Analytisch vermogen, tact, empathie en een onafhankelijke, integere houding.
  • Stressbestendigheid, ordelijkheid en gevoel voor verhoudingen binnen een complexe organisatie.

Het Klachtenbureau bestaat uit twee Klachtenfunctionarissen en een administratief/secretarieel medewerker. Ook de ambtelijke secretaris van de Klachtenonderzoekscommissie maakt deel uit van het Klachtenbureau.

Wij bieden jou:

  • Allereerst een veelzijdige functie bij een van de grootste topklinische ziekenhuizen van Nederland.
  • Een beloning conform de CAO Ziekenhuizen; de functie is ingeschaald in FWG 65 , max. €7.269,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime (36 uur) dienstverband. Inschaling geschiedt aan de hand van opleiding en ervaring.
  • Een dienstverband van 32 uur voor de duur van 12 maanden met uitzicht op vast.
  • Vakantie- en eindejaarsuitkering, beide van 8,33%.
  • Flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden waarmee je o.a. een deel van je eindejaarsuitkering en/of vakantiegeld fiscaal aantrekkelijk kunt inzetten voor een hogere reiskostenvergoeding, studiekosten of -bijvoorbeeld- de kosten van je sportschoolabonnement.
  • Goede bereikbaarheid met auto en OV.
  • In afstemming met de collega’s is deels thuiswerken mogelijk.
