The posting

Ben jij geschikt om als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de patiënt op de SEH en HAP rust te creëren en op een zeer dienstverlenende en flexibele wijze de receptie te versterken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als receptioniste op de SEH (Spoedeisende Hulp) en HAP (Huisartsenpost) ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de patiënt met een acute zorgvraag. Je creëert op jouw eigen wijze rust waarbij je de patiënt op zijn gemak stelt en voorziet van informatie.

Tevens kan je inschatten of een patiënt direct medische hulp nodig heeft en hierop anticiperen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit het verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling, zoals een correcte inschrijving in het patiëntendossier (HIX).

Ben jij flexibel en op korte termijn inzetbaar dan is de functie van receptionist voor de SEH/HAP iets voor jou! Ben je student geneeskunde of verpleegkunde dan nodigen wij je ook graag uit om te solliciteren. Een oproepcontract is dan mogelijk.

Werken op de SEH/HAP

Op onze Spoedeisende Hulp (SEH) in Arnhem, behandelen we jaarlijks ongeveer 37.000 patiënten, waarvan er ruim 14.000 worden opgenomen in het ziekenhuis. Er is een 24-uurs bezetting. Het team van (gespecialiseerd) verpleegkundigen en artsen wordt ondersteund door de receptionist, het secretariaat en afdelingsassistenten. Op doordeweekse dagen van 17.00 uur tot 08.00 uur en in het weekend vanaf vrijdagavond 17.00 uur tot maandagochtend 08.00 uur is ook de huisartsenpost geopend.

Jouw vaardigheden:

  • Je bent digitaal vaardig; je werkt met zowel het computerprogramma van de Spoedeisende Hulp als dat van de Huisartsenpost.
  • Je bent sociaal vaardig; je kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen en de gevoeligheden van patiënten en hun naasten en kan ze op hun gemak stellen
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig; je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, daarnaast is Engels, Duits of Arabisch een pre maar niet noodzakelijk.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar met werkdagen en vind het geen probleem om onregelmatig te werken (avonden, nachten en weekenden).
  • Je bent integer en betrouwbaar in verband met de omgang met vertrouwelijke (patiënt) gegevens.

Rijnstate biedt jou:

  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden en salaris op basis van de cao-ziekenhuizen.
  • FWG 35 (min. €2.630,- en max. € 3.742,- bruto p.m. o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband á 36 uur p.w.). Inschaling hangt af van genoten opleiding en ervaring.
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 16 - 28 uur voor de duur van 12 maanden, met de intentie om deze om te zetten naar onbepaalde tijd. Een oproepcontract (nuluren) is ook bespreekbaar.
