Ben jij een ervaren manager met gevoel voor innovatie en organisatieontwikkeling? En kun goed omgaan met weerstand én mensen meekrijgen in de verandering? Dan is dit jouw kans bij P1 Amsterdam!

Wat ga je doen? Als Business Improvement Manager geef je leiding aan programma’s en projecten op het snijvlak van data, procesoptimalisatie en innovatie. Je overziet meerdere trajecten en zorgt dat deze bijdragen aan de doelstellingen van P1 Amsterdam. Daarbij fungeer je als verbindende schakel tussen operatie, IT en management.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Direct leidinggevende bent van een van team van 8 FTE;
  • Strategische doelstellingen vertaalt naar concrete projectresultaten;
  • Verantwoordelijk bent voor voortgang, budget, kwaliteit en borging van projectresultaten;
  • Kansen signaleert voor data gedreven procesverbetering en innovatie;
  • Veranderingen begeleidt en resultaten verankert in de organisatie.

Wat breng je mee? Je bent analytisch én communicatief sterk, schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende niveaus en inspireert mensen om mee te bewegen. Verder heb je:

  • WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Bedrijfskunde of Organisatiewetenschappen;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en verandermanagement;
  • Sterk ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht.
