Bouw jij mee aan hoogwaardige industriële deuren die over de hele wereld worden gebruikt?

Als monteur bedrijfsdeuren bij Salco werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten – van koel- en vrieshuizen tot distributiecentra, agrarische bedrijven en vliegtuig­hangars. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze nieuw geproduceerde deuren vakkundig worden geplaatst, aangesloten en veilig in gebruik worden genomen.

In deze functie krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je vertrekt ’s ochtends met een goed uitgeruste montagebus met hoogwerker en rijdt meestal samen met een collega naar de klus. Daar monteer je de industriële deuren en stel je deze af.

Wanneer alles perfect werkt, lever je de deur netjes op bij de klant.

Werken als monteur bij Salco vraagt om een echte aanpakker. Het werk is afwisselend, soms op hoogte, en je hebt te maken met deuren van klein tot heel groot. Je bent lekker buiten bezig met techniek en kan elke dag met trots terugkijken op een stukje vakwerk.

Af en toe monteer je ook deuren buiten Nederland, bijvoorbeeld in de Benelux of Duitsland. In dat geval zorgt Salco voor een prettig verblijf, goed eten en passende vergoedingen.

Wat krijg je van ons?

  • Een goed salaris, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en technische kennis.
  • 40 vrije dagen per jaar (27 vakantie en 13 ADV).
  • Reiskosten-, overnachtings- en buitenlandvergoedingen volgens de CAO Metalektro.
  • Een moderne montagebus met professioneel gereedschap en nette bedrijfskleding.
  • Doorgroeimogelijkheden, bijvoorbeeld naar supervisor, waarbij je monteurs van onze dealers wereldwijd begeleidt op grote of complexe projecten.
  • Opleidingsmogelijkheden, zoals het behalen van je rijbewijs E of aanvullende technische cursussen.
  • Een collegiaal team waarin samenwerken, meedenken en humor vanzelfsprekend zijn.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Twee rechterhanden en affiniteit met vooral mechanische techniek.
  • Ervaring in montage, installatiewerk of mechanische techniek bijvoorbeeld in de (staal)bouw, constructie of installatietechniek.
  • Rijbewijs B (E is een pre – of haal ’m via ons).
  • Een zelfstandige, praktische en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden en plezier in contact met klanten.
