Als Customer Service Medewerker Import ben jij dé verbindende schakel tussen klanten en interne processen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en verzoeken efficiënt worden afgehandeld. Een veelzijdige baan met voldoende uitdaging!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Customer service in de breedste zin van het woord;
  • Dagelijks contact met onze klanten en internationale vervoerders via telefoon, e-mail en chat;
  • Je houd je bezig met zendingen die namens onze klanten worden opgehaald in het buitenland;
  • Je maakt afspraken met verzenders in het buitenland en je zorgt dat zij goed voorbereid zijn op de pick-up;
  • Je houdt de zendingen in de gaten terwijl deze onderweg zijn en onderneemt actie bij (mogelijke) problemen;
  • Voor zendingen die buiten de EU zijn opgehaald begeleidt je het douaneproces;
  • Adviseren van klanten in al hun transport uitdagingen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een administratieve, commerciële of logistieke richting;
  • Fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week), flexibel inzetbaar en geen 9-tot-5 mentaliteit;
  • Kennis van transport is een pré;
  • Stressbestending en een verantwoordelijke instelling;
  • Je herkent jezelf in een klant- en oplossingsgericht aanpak;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen de € 3000,- en € 3600,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
  • 24 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding indien je meer dan 10 km van de standplaats woont;
  • Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen de Seabourne Academy;
  • Nek- en schouder massages tijdens werktijd;
