The posting

Als Commercieel Manager ontwikkelt en stuurt u de volledige commerciële motor van de organisatie aan. U bouwt een salesorganisatie die niet draait op individuele verkopers, maar op sterke processen, marktkennis en duurzame klantrelaties.

Dat betekent concreet: u stelt de commerciële strategie en jaarplannen op en adviseert de directie over kansen en marktontwikkelingen. U werft, coacht en ontwikkelt commerciële medewerkers en introduceert KPI's, CRM-discipline en heldere werkprocessen. U bouwt een gestructureerd accountmanagementsysteem, bewaakt dat actieve klanten maandelijks contact hebben en signaleert upsell- en cross-sellkansen bij bestaande relaties.

Daarnaast blijft u zelf actief in het veld: u ontwikkelt een gestructureerde acquisitieaanpak, bouwt een pipeline van prospects op en onderhandelt bij belangrijke deals mee. U stimuleert binnen het team een “Spot & Sell”-mentaliteit: het actief opsporen van commerciële kansen in de markt, van verouderde reclame-uitingen tot onbenutte brandingmogelijkheden. Tot slot rapporteert u periodiek aan de directie over resultaten, forecasts en verbeterpunten.

Over de organisatie

U komt te werken bij een gevestigde media- en reclameorganisatie in Paramaribo, actief in signing, buitenreclame, voertuigbestickering, branding en visuele communicatie. Het bedrijf bedient een breed en divers klantenbestand in Suriname en de regio, en bevindt zich in een groeifase waarin de commerciële organisatie verder wordt geprofessionaliseerd.

● HBO werk- en denkniveau.

● Minimaal drie jaar relevante commerciële ervaring in acquisitie, accountmanagement en business development.

● Ervaring met het aansturen of opbouwen van een commercieel team is een sterke pré.

● Vertrouwdheid met CRM-systemen en commerciële software.

● Overtuigende commerciële en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.

● Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, in woord en geschrift.

● Vermogen om mensen te motiveren en te ontwikkelen.

● Analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen, besluitvaardig en zelfstandig.

● Ondernemerschap, klantgerichtheid en doorzettingsvermogen.

● Kennis van de Surinaamse markt, of de bereidheid om die snel te doorgronden.
