Ben jij een ambitieuze fiscalist met enkele jaren ervaring en wil je werken in een internationale, professionele en dynamische omgeving? Voor EY Suriname zijn wij op zoek naar een Tax Senior.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor fiscale compliance- en advieswerkzaamheden voor een eigen cliëntenportefeuille. Je onderhoudt contact met cliënten, begeleidt junior collega’s en draagt bij aan een kwalitatief sterke en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • beheren van een portefeuille van cliënten op het gebied van fiscale compliance en advisering
  • opstellen, plannen en bewaken van fiscale opdrachten en budgetten
  • onderhouden van contact met cliënten en managen van verwachtingen
  • signaleren en oplossen van fiscale vraagstukken in overleg met collega’s en management
  • opstellen van conceptmemo’s, adviezen en andere fiscale documentatie
  • samenwerken met collega’s om tot brede en praktische belastingoplossingen te komen
  • begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior tax professionals
  • bijdragen aan het plannen en verdelen van werkzaamheden binnen het team
  • bewaken van tijdige facturatie, opvolging van openstaande posten en correcte administratieve verwerking
  • meedenken over verbeteringen in processen binnen de belastingafdeling
  • tijdig en nauwkeurig registreren van uren en voortgang per opdracht

Opleiding

  • Master in Fiscaal Recht of Fiscale Economie

Ervaring

  • minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare fiscale functie
  • ervaring met belastingaangiften en/of fiscale advisering
  • goede kennis van belastingwetgeving en actuele fiscale ontwikkelingen

Vaardigheden

  • sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • professioneel, cliëntgericht en nauwkeurig
  • in staat om junior collega’s te begeleiden en te motiveren
  • goede kennis van Microsoft Office
  • leergierig en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een moderne fiscale praktijk
