The posting

Wil je met je boekhoudkundige vaardigheden bijdragen aan een goed werkende federale overheid? Kom dan ons team versterken bij de Controledienst voor de Ziekenfondsen (CDZ) in Brussel.

Jouw functie

Je werkt bij de dienst Boekhouding, Financiën en Actuariaat. Dat is een collegiaal team van 25 medewerkers waarin samenwerking centraal staat. Je taken zijn onder meer:

  • de beheersbegroting opvolgen en de begroting en budgettaire controle van de instelling opstellen
  • de boekhouding voeren en jaarlijkse documenten opstellen, zoals het financieel verslag
  • kredieten valideren voor de vorderingsstaten van de bestelbons
  • nakijken of de diensten bestelbons en facturen juist boeken en verrekenen
  • de aanvragen voor tegemoetkoming in de werkingskosten voorbereiden
  • de tegemoetkoming van de mutualistische entiteiten bepalen
  • budgettaire voorstellen voor de personeelsuitgaven opstellen
  • bepaalde fiscale fiches opstellen

Over de Controledienst

De Controledienst houdt financieel, boekhoudkundig en juridisch toezicht op de ziekenfondsen en de landsbonden. Zo zorgen we voor een correcte besteding van overheidsmiddelen en ledenbijdragen. Ons kantoor ligt in het centrum van Brussel (Galileelaan 5) en is makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer.

Selectieprocedure

  1. We screenen je diploma en je ervaring (indien ervaring nodig)
  2. Je legt drie computertesten af bij Werkenvoor.be in Brussel. Zijn er weinig kandidaten, dan vervalt deze stap
  3. Je voert een interview bij FOD BOSA in Brussel.
