Mee opzetten, implementeren en onderhouden van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem

Borgen van kwaliteitsnormen, klantvereisten en interne kwaliteitseisen

Analyseren van werkmethodes en signaleren van verbeteropportuniteiten

Mee opstellen, implementeren en opvolgen van procedures, werkinstructies en controleplannen

Organiseren en opvolgen van inkomende controles, procescontroles en eindcontroles

Registreren, analyseren en opvolgen van non-conformiteiten

Mee initiëren en coördineren van corrigerende en preventieve acties

Uitvoeren van kwaliteitsmetingen, data-analyses en trendrapporteringen

Nauw samenwerken met productie, engineering, aankoop en logistiek

Ondersteunen van klachtenbehandeling en klantcommunicatie inzake kwaliteit

Mee stimuleren van continue verbetering van producten, processen en kwaliteitscultuur

Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma (elektromechanica, mechanica, ...) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Je hebt een 5-tal jaar ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met een eerste kwaliteitsgerichte inbreng

Je bent praktisch ingesteld en voelt je thuis op de werkvloer

Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht

Je hebt affiniteit met analyseren, rapporteren en verbeteren

Je communiceert vlot met zowel operatoren als management

Je bent voldoende matuur om initiatief te nemen en collega's mee te krijgen in verbetertrajecten

Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen en audits is een pluspunt

Kennis NL is een absolute must — kennis FRA/ENG zijn sterke pluspunten
