Werksta er i vekst, og nå søker vi en engasjert og handlekraftig verkstedleder til Werksta Ottestad. Vi ser etter deg som trives med å lede mennesker, skape struktur i hverdagen og bidra til god drift, kvalitet og utvikling.

Om stillingen

Som verkstedleder får du en sentral rolle i å utvikle og lede avdelingen. Du har ansvar for den daglige driften, kvalitet og måloppnåelse, og rapporterer til regionleder. Du samarbeider tett med relevante lederfunksjoner og får stor påvirkning på både resultater, utvikling og arbeidsmiljø.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Lede og utvikle verkstedet i tråd med bedriftens mål og strategier
  • Sørge for god ressursdisponering og kontinuerlig forbedring av lønnsomhet
  • Følge opp økonomi, budsjett og rapportering
  • Sikre at HMS- og myndighetskrav etterleves
  • Bidra til et godt arbeidsmiljø og videreutvikling av medarbeidere
  • Representere avdelingen eksternt og videreutvikle samarbeid med kunder og leverandører
  • Iverksette beslutninger og tiltak i tråd med føringer fra regionleder og virksomhetens ledelse.

Vi ser etter deg som

  • Har ledererfaring, gjerne fra verksted, produksjon eller teknisk drift
  • Har god økonomiforståelse og erfaring med budsjettansvar
  • Er strukturert, løsningsorientert og har høy gjennomføringsevne
  • Har gode samarbeidsevner og evne til å motivere og utvikle medarbeidere
  • Har kjennskap til HMS-arbeid og relevante lover og forskrifter
  • Kommuniserer tydelig og profesjonelt, både muntlig og skriftlig på norsk
