The posting

Werksta Häggvik söker en engagerad och noggrann bilplåtslagare som vill bidra till hög kvalitet, effektiva reparationsflöden och nöjda kunder. Som bilplåtslagare arbetar du med att reparera och återställa krockskadade fordon enligt tillverkarens anvisningar och verkstadens rutiner. Du samarbetar nära skadeberäknare, billackerare och övrig verkstadspersonal för att säkerställa ett smidigt och kvalitetssäkrat reparationsflöde.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Utföra karosserireparationer, riktbänksarbete och reparation av strukturskador enligt tillverkarens specifikationer
  • Demontera och montera karossdelar, inredning, glas och fordonskomponenter
  • Byta, rikta och reparera plåtdetaljer samt utföra svetsning och limning vid behov
  • Bedöma skador och välja lämplig reparationsmetod utifrån arbetsorder och skadeberäkning
  • Säkerställa att passform, mått och karossens säkerhetsfunktioner återställs korrekt
  • Samarbeta med skadeberäknare, billackerare och kollegor för att planera arbetet och hålla leveranstider
  • Dokumentera utfört arbete och rapportera avvikelser eller tillkommande skador
  • Följa verkstadens arbetsmiljö-, säkerhets- och kvalitetsrutiner samt bidra till ordning i verkstaden

Krav & önskade kvalifikationer

  • Yrkesutbildning eller dokumenterad erfarenhet som bilplåtslagare
  • Erfarenhet av karosserireparationer, riktbänksarbete och svetsning
  • God förståelse för moderna fordons konstruktion, material och reparationsmetoder
  • Noggrann, kvalitetsmedveten och lösningsorienterad
  • Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och självständigt samt samarbeta i team
  • B-körkort krävs
