Sales Engineer – Las- & Metaaltechniek

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, technisch sterk en voel je je thuis in de wereld van lassen en metaal?

Voor een gespecialiseerde technische speler zijn we op zoek naar een Sales Engineer die techniek en commercie weet te combineren. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten.

Je bent meer dan alleen verkoper: je luistert naar de technische behoeften van klanten, denkt mee en vertaalt hun uitdagingen naar de juiste technische oplossing.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van je eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Onderhouden van langdurige relaties met bestaande klanten
  • Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe klanten en opportuniteiten
  • Adviseren van klanten over lasapparatuur en technische oplossingen binnen de metaalindustrie
  • Analyseren van technische klantbehoeften en voorstellen van oplossingen op maat
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Opvolgen van commerciële projecten van aanvraag tot realisatie
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van service, verhuur en administratie
  • Signaleren van nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden binnen jouw markt

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je combineert een technische achtergrond of interesse met een commerciële mindset
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en industriële klanten
  • Kennis van lastechniek, lasapparatuur en/of de metaalindustrie is een belangrijke troef
  • Communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk contact
  • Je weet vertrouwen op te bouwen en denkt op lange termijn met klanten
  • Zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief
  • Resultaatgericht zonder de relatie met de klant uit het oog te verliezen
  • Ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie is een pluspunt
