Ben jij een geboren organisator die energie haalt uit een volle planning? Voor onze klant, een erkende speler in transport en logistiek in Deurne, zoeken we een Dispatcher. Jij plant en coördineert nationale en internationale verhuisopdrachten en zorgt dat elke verhuis vlot, correct en binnen budget verloopt.

Als schakel tussen klanten, verhuizers, chauffeurs en onderaannemers hou jij het overzicht, ook als er meerdere opdrachten tegelijk lopen. Daar staan een vast contract vanaf dag één, een brutomaandloon tot €3.600 en meer dan 30 verlofdagen per jaar tegenover.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plant nationale en internationale verhuisritten
  • Je bepaalt samen met het operationele team hoe verhuizers, chauffeurs en onderaannemers het best worden ingezet
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse uitvoering en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je grijpt snel in bij vertragingen of andere operationele problemen
  • Je bezorgt verhuizers en onderaannemers tijdig hun werkopdrachten en documenten
  • Je verwerkt alle opdrachten en gepresteerde uren correct in de planningstool
  • Je zoekt steeds naar de meest efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen binnen het budget
  • Je bent het professionele aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega’s en externe partners
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in transport, logistiek, dispatching of transportplanning
  • Goede kennis van het nationale en internationale wegennet
  • Sterk in organiseren en meerdere opdrachten tegelijk opvolgen
  • Analytisch, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig
  • Zeer goed Nederlands en Engels, en een goede kennis van Frans
  • Vlot met Microsoft Office
  • Zelfstandig, flexibel en gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen
