Ben jij een ervaren expediteur luchtvracht die graag zelfstandig exportdossiers beheert, en zoek je een job waarin je ook echt ruimte krijgt voor een goede work-life balance? Dan is dit jouw kans. Bij deze functie werk je twee dagen per week van thuis uit, zodat je focus, flexibiliteit en een vlotte combinatie van werk en privé perfect samenbrengt.

Voor een internationale speler in logistiek en supply chain management met een vestiging op Brucargo in Machelen zijn we op zoek naar een Expediteur Luchtvracht Export. Onze klant biedt wereldwijd geïntegreerde logistieke oplossingen en zet sterk in op kwaliteit, innovatie en klantgerichtheid. Jij wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen de luchtvrachtactiviteiten en beheert air export zendingen van A tot Z.

Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, carriers, overzeese agenten en interne collega’s. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke zending correct, tijdig en volgens de afspraken vertrekt, met oog voor compliance en klanttevredenheid. Een functie met veel autonomie, afwisseling en een hybride werkregeling met twee vaste thuiswerkdagen per week.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig coördineren en opvolgen van luchtvracht exportdossiers, van boeking tot aflevering
  • Dossiers openen, beheren en afsluiten in de operationele systemen
  • Transporten boeken bij airlines, carriers en leveranciers
  • Export- en transportdocumenten opstellen, verwerken en nauwkeurig controleren
  • Douanedocumentatie afhandelen en waken over de naleving van alle regelgeving
  • Klanten proactief informeren over formaliteiten, kosten en de status van hun zendingen
  • Nauw samenwerken met overzeese agenten en interne afdelingen binnen de volledige transportketen
  • Operationele problemen snel oplossen en zelf mee nadenken over de beste aanpak
  • Leveranciersfacturen controleren en zorgen voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit, KPI’s, procedures en deadlines
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek, supply chain management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in luchtvracht, export of freight forwarding
  • Goede kennis van douaneprocedures, exportdocumentatie, Incoterms en internationale transportstromen
  • Ervaring met dossieropvolging en facturatie
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een mooie troef
  • Ervaring met MS Office, Iris en CargoWise
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en georganiseerd, ook wanneer het druk wordt
  • Klantgericht, proactief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
