Ben jij iemand die energie haalt uit onderhandelen en het commerciële roer van internationale klanten in handen wil nemen? Dan is dit jouw kans. Onze klant is een internationale speler in transport en logistiek met een wereldwijd netwerk van weg-, spoor- en zeevervoer en een familiale sfeer met een no-nonsense mentaliteit. Het bedrijf staat voor globale service met lokale kennis. We zoeken een Commercial Global Account Executive (medior), ook bekend als Global Account Manager of Key Account Executive.

In deze rol beheer je een portefeuille van internationale topklanten, met als doel het marktaandeel en de langetermijnbusiness wereldwijd uit te breiden. Je onderhandelt mee over grote, langlopende contracten en tenders en bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor je klanten. Je kan hier groeien van gedreven starter tot zelfstandig accountbeheerder.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je beheert een portefeuille van Global Accounts en bouwt duurzame klantrelaties op.
  • Je onderhandelt mee over grote, langlopende contracten en tenders.
  • Je werkt competitieve oplossingen uit die aansluiten bij de noden van je klanten.
  • Je volgt commerciële resultaten op via tools zoals Power BI en speelt kort op de bal bij marktveranderingen.
  • Je vertaalt commerciële afspraken naar heldere instructies voor interne teams (operations, documentatie, finance, ...).
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op klantbezoeken, beurzen en netwerkmomenten.
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of logistieke richting, en minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.

  • Je hebt affiniteit met onderhandelen, sales of accountmanagement.
  • Je bent commercieel, communicatief en resultaatgericht, denkt in oplossingen en durft initiatief te nemen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans of Duits is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met CRM-, TMS- of rapportagetools zoals Power BI is een plus.
  • Interesse in of kennis van internationale logistiek is mooi meegenomen.
