Heb je net je diploma supply chain op zak, liep je stage binnen de luchtvracht en wil je nu echt aan de slag in de wereld van internationale forwarding? Voor een stabiele Belgische familiale transportgroep met meer dan een eeuw ervaring zijn we voor onze klant op zoek naar een Junior Expediteur Luchtvracht Export voor hun kantoor op Brucargo.

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team van expediteurs dat samen exportdossiers van begin tot eind beheert. Jij volgt je eigen accounts op, van de eerste prijsaanvraag tot de levering bij de bestemmeling. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, agenten en luchtvaartmaatschappijen over de hele wereld. Een ideale startfunctie om snel een stevige basis op te bouwen in luchtvracht, export en douane, met collega's die je graag op weg helpen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren van je eigen exportdossiers, van offerte en boeking tot facturatie en afsluiting
  • Reservaties maken bij luchtvaartmaatschappijen en hun vertegenwoordigers
  • Openen en verwerken van dossiers in ILS StreamSoftware
  • Opmaken van exportdocumenten voor luchtvracht en transportdocumenten zoals CMR
  • Opstellen van douanedocumenten en certificaten voor export
  • Tracking en opvolging van zendingen, zodat je klanten altijd weten waar hun cargo zich bevindt
  • Onderhouden van intensief contact met klanten, agenten en leveranciers wereldwijd
  • Opvolgen van facturatie, credit control en solvabiliteitsbeheer
  • Een bachelordiploma Supply Chain Management of een gelijkwaardig profiel
  • Een relevante stage binnen de luchtvracht of air freight forwarding
  • Een klantgerichte en servicegerichte houding, naar klanten én naar je eigen collega's
  • Nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om overzicht te houden over je dossiers en taken
  • Plezier in internationale contacten en een open, multiculturele blik
  • Iemand die vooruitdenkt en niets aan het toeval overlaat
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit
  • Een echte teamspeler die ook graag zelfstandig werkt
