Ben jij een geboren coördinator met oog voor kwaliteit en detail? Dan is dit jouw kans. Onze klant is een internationale speler in transport en logistiek, gespecialiseerd in het veilige vervoer van farmaceutische en zorgzendingen. Voor de verdere groei zoeken we een logistiek Planner.

In deze rol bewaak je kritische, temperatuurgecontroleerde zendingen en zorg je dat ze veilig, tijdig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen hun bestemming bereiken. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, operationele partners en interne teams, met een directe impact op servicekwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je volgt transportzendingen op en bewaakt de voortgang van begin tot einde.
  • Je verwerkt administratieve gegevens en controleert de juistheid van transportdocumenten.
  • Je behandelt afwijkingen en retourzendingen en zorgt voor een correcte registratie en opvolging.
  • Je bewaakt temperatuurgecontroleerde zendingen en analyseert temperatuurdata en temperatuurcurves.
  • Je beoordeelt afwijkingen, voert een eerste analyse uit en stemt af met de betrokken interne partijen.
  • Je rapporteert tijdig en correct aan klanten volgens de GDP-richtlijnen, inclusief het opmaken en versturen van temperatuurcurves en notificaties.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne teams en volgt vragen en klachten nauwgezet op.
  • Je denkt mee over procesverbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte werking.
  • Bachelor of master in de logistieke sector
  • e hebt ervaring in logistiek, transportplanning of een vergelijkbare coördinerende functie.
  • Kennis van GDP-richtlijnen of ervaring met temperatuurgecontroleerd transport is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en werkt kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent analytisch en kan data en temperatuurcurves correct interpreteren.
  • Je communiceert helder en bent klantgericht.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die proactief meedenkt over verbeteringen.
