The posting

Ben je een ervaren onderhoudstechnieker die graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook zin hebt om een klein team aan te sturen? Dan is deze job als Lead Storingstechnieker iets voor jou. Onze klant is een sterk geautomatiseerd productiebedrijf in de voedingsindustrie in de regio Willebroek en zoekt een Hoofdtechnieker om de technische dienst te versterken.

Je werkt voor ongeveer 60% mee aan de installaties en lost storingen op productie- en verpakkingsmachines op. De overige 40% van je tijd besteed je aan het coördineren en ondersteunen van een team van 2 onderhoudstechniekers. Bij storingen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt, zodat de productie blijft draaien. Je krijgt een vast contract, een bedrijfswagen met tankkaart en kansen om verder te groeien.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je zoekt en herstelt mechanische en elektrische storingen aan productie- en verpakkingsmachines.
  • Je volgt werkopdrachten op en bepaalt de prioriteiten via het ticketsysteem en de onderhoudsplanning.
  • Je verdeelt de taken binnen je team van 2 techniekers en staat hen bij waar nodig.
  • Je schrijft duidelijke probleemanalyses en geeft complexe storingen tijdig door aan de juiste collega’s.
  • Je neemt deel aan ploegoverdrachten, Daily Control meetings en overleg met productie.
  • Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen en helpt mee aan projecten om processen vlotter te maken.
  • Je zorgt voor vlottere omstellingen en afstellingen en haalt het beste uit de verpakkingslijnen.
  • Je helpt bij de installatie en opstart van nieuwe productielijnen.
  • Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit en volgt dit op.
  • Je hebt een diploma elektromechanica (bachelor, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring).
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in industrieel onderhoud, liefst in de voedingssector.
  • Je kent de basis van mechanica, pneumatica en elektriciteit en kan die in de praktijk toepassen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met verpakkingsmachines, aandrijvingen, sensoren en pneumatische onderdelen.
  • Je hebt al een klein technisch team aangestuurd of staat klaar om die stap te zetten.
  • Je zoekt oplossingen, communiceert vlot en werkt altijd veilig.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken.
