Hou jij van techniek en van het gevoel dat je een probleem hebt opgelost? Dan past deze job bij jou. Onze klant in Willebroek zoekt een Onderhoudstechnieker Mechanica (storingsmonteur, onderhoudsmonteur of industrieel technieker) die machines en productielijnen betrouwbaar laat draaien. Je werkt bij een stabiel en goed georganiseerd bedrijf waar kwaliteit en vakmanschap voorop staan.

In deze functie ben jij degene waar het productieteam op rekent. Staat er een machine stil, dan ben jij er als de eerste bij. Je zoekt de oorzaak, herstelt de storing en zorgt dat het probleem niet terugkomt. Tussendoor voer je onderhoud uit en help je mee om de installaties steeds beter te laten werken. Je doet dit samen met een collega-technieker, met veel variatie en vrijheid in je dagelijkse werk.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je zoekt de oorzaak van mechanische storingen aan machines en productielijnen en lost ze snel en correct op.
  • Je pakt terugkerende problemen aan, zodat machines langer en vlotter draaien.
  • Je voert preventief en curatief onderhoud uit: je demonteert, monteert, stelt af en smeert onderdelen.
  • Je vervangt slijtageonderdelen zoals lagers, aandrijvingen, kettingen, riemen en pneumatische componenten.
  • Je houdt de technische installaties in het gebouw in het oog, zoals de koelinstallaties en de branddetectie.
  • Je ontvangt externe firma’s en volgt hun onderhoud en herstellingen op.
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met je collega-technieker en met de productieploegen.
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur in mechanica, elektromechanica of een verwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 1 jaar ervaring als allround onderhouds- of storingsmonteur.
  • Je kent mechanica goed en hebt basiskennis van elektronica.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands of Engels. Spreek je ook vlot Pools, dan heb je een flinke streep voor. Het moederbedrijf van onze klant is Pools en veel technische documentatie is in die taal geschreven.
  • Je werkt vlot met de computer en met verschillende pc-programma’s.
  • Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt, maar je hoeft die zeker niet te hebben.
  • Je bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken en om in beurtrol permanentie op te nemen in het weekend (op oproepbasis).
  • Je bent zelfstandig, blijft rustig als het even druk wordt en werkt graag samen met je collega’s.
