Krijg jij energie van een team aansturen en van een dag die volgens plan verloopt? Als logistiek verantwoordelijke ben jij de spil van het depot van onze klant in Vilvoorde. Jij bewaakt de logistieke processen, geeft leiding aan magazijniers, planbalie-medewerkers en chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en op tijd gebeurt.

Dit is een functie voor een echte teamleader, ploegbaas of logistiek coördinator met leidinggevende ervaring in een operationele omgeving. Je werkt in een dynamische, multiculturele omgeving waar jouw beslissingen elke dag het verschil maken. De opstart is tussen 3u en 6u ‘s ochtends, dus een vroege vogel past hier perfect.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je houdt overzicht over het sorteerproces, het laadproces en de terugkomst van de chauffeurs, zodat alles volgens planning verloopt.
  • Je volgt de voortgang op en merkt knelpunten of storingen meteen op.
  • Bij problemen neem je zelfstandig beslissingen en stuur je tijdig bij.
  • Je geeft leiding aan magazijnmedewerkers, medewerkers van de planbalie en chauffeurs (subcontractors).
  • Je geeft duidelijke instructies, motiveert je team en coacht medewerkers in hun taken.
  • Je spreekt mensen aan op gedrag en prestaties en bewaakt de veiligheidsvoorschriften en huisregels.
  • Je overlegt dagelijks met interimkantoren om de personeelsplanning af te stemmen op wat de operatie nodig heeft.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere logistiek verantwoordelijken en afdelingen voor een vlotte werking van het depot.
  • Je ziet verbeterkansen en draagt actief bij aan een hogere productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je hebt minimaal een bachelor denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie in een operationele omgeving.
  • Kennis van logistiek en/of transport is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans en Nederlands, en je kan je plan trekken in het Engels.
  • Je werkt graag in een multiculturele organisatie of hebt daar al ervaring mee.
  • Je bent flexibel en een wisselend uurrooster schrikt je niet af (dagwerk, nachtwerk en weekend, met opstart tussen 3u en 6u).
  • Je bent besluitvaardig, communicatief sterk en houdt in drukke momenten het overzicht.
