Ben jij een ervaren technisch leidinggevende met een passie voor fleet management, wagenparkbeheer en technisch onderhoud? Dan is deze functie als Technical Teamleader, ook wel Verantwoordelijke Technische Dienst, Garagechef of Teamleader Technische Dienst, echt iets voor jou. Je werkt voor onze klant, een internationaal actieve en sterk georganiseerde speler in logistiek, transport en supply chain.

Je stuurt de technische dienst en de facility-afdeling aan en zorgt ervoor dat voertuigen, installaties en gebouwen optimaal functioneren. Zo kan de operatie veilig, efficiënt en zonder onderbrekingen draaien. Je combineert people management met technisch inzicht, onderhoudscoördinatie en kostenbeheer.

Je krijgt een sleutelrol in een dynamische logistieke omgeving, met veel autonomie en ruimte om verbeterprojecten uit te werken. Je bent geen manager die alleen vanachter een bureau werkt: waar nodig draai je zelf mee bij technische interventies.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je coördineert en stuurt de dagelijkse activiteiten van de garage en de technische dienst aan.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert het volledige wagenpark, van vrachtwagens en opleggers tot bedrijfsvoertuigen.
  • Je stelt onderhoudsplanningen op voor preventief onderhoud, technische controles en herstellingen.
  • Je organiseert de facility werkzaamheden en het onderhoud van de technische infrastructuur.
  • Je werkt samen met externe leveranciers, garages, technische partners en gespecialiseerde aannemers.
  • Je volgt offertes, aankooptrajecten, facturatie en technische administratie op.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en operationele procedures.
  • Je analyseert onderhouds- en operationele kosten en werkt optimalisaties uit binnen fleet en facility management.
  • Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de operationele afdelingen en helpt hands-on mee bij dringende interventies.
  • Je hebt een diploma in Automechanica, Elektromechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding. Relevante ervaring in garage- of fleetbeheer is ook goed.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een technisch team of een werkplaats.
  • Je hebt sterke technische kennis van voertuigen, onderhoudsprocessen en installaties.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en pakt problemen oplossingsgericht aan.
  • Je werkt kostenbewust en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je hebt organisatorisch talent en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een plus.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Een rijbewijs C of CE is een extra troef.
