Als technieker rollend materieel (ook wel heftrucktechnieker, onderhoudstechnieker intern transport of elektromechanieker) zorg jij ervoor dat heftrucks, reachtrucks en pallettrucks altijd veilig en betrouwbaar blijven draaien. Je combineert preventief onderhoud met storingen oplossen en je bent het technische aanspreekpunt in het magazijn en voor de technische dienst.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem, met veel zelfstandigheid en een team dat je steunt wanneer het nodig is. Je krijgt meteen een vast contract en echte doorgroeimogelijkheden. Ben je een ervaren technieker, of heb je een technische opleiding en ben je klaar om te groeien? Dan ben je welkom.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit volgens de onderhoudsschema’s.
  • Je inspecteert de mechanische, elektrische en hydraulische onderdelen van het rollend materieel.
  • Je merkt slijtage, defecten en risico’s op tijd op en meldt ze.
  • Je analyseert storingen en lost ze op, ook bij elektrische en hydraulische defecten.
  • Je leest foutcodes, technische schema’s en documentatie.
  • Je vervangt, herstelt en verbetert onderdelen zodat de machines langer meegaan.
  • Je denkt actief mee over technische verbeteringen en een efficiënter machinepark.
  • Je registreert al je interventies correct in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Je volgt de veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures strikt op en zorgt mee voor een veilige, nette werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt een technisch diploma, bij voorkeur in mechanica, elektromechanica of elektrotechniek.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en/of hydraulica.
  • Je hebt ervaring met heftrucks, intern transportmaterieel of ander rollend materieel.
  • Je stelt zelfstandig diagnoses en voert technische ingrepen uit.
  • Je bent analytisch en zoekt tot je de oorzaak van een storing gevonden hebt.
  • Je werkt graag in team, communiceert vlot en pakt je job professioneel aan.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
