  • Support data integrations and recurring data feeds from Accounting, Treasury, ALM, HR, data warehouse, and other source systems.
  • Investigate data quality issues and reconcile differences between source systems, EPBCS, Smart View reports, and downstream reporting outputs.
  • Document key data flows, dependencies, control points, and recurring monthly processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual data preparation, validation, and reporting activities.

Smart View Reporting and End-User Support

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle Smart View templates, reports, templates, ad hoc retrievals, and recurring analysis workbooks.
  • Train and support FP&A, Accounting, and business users on Smart View functionality, reporting standards, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot Smart View connection, retrieval, submission, formatting, and data refresh issues.
  • Create clear documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials for recurring financial systems processes.

FP&A and Financial Reporting Support

  • Support monthly forecast, annual budget, long-range planning, variance analysis, and executive reporting cycles.
  • Partner with FP&A teams to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Assist with financial data analysis, trend analysis, and recurring management reporting packages.
  • Support close and forecasting deadlines by coordinating data readiness, resolving system issues, and communicating status to stakeholders.

Controls, Compliance and Process Improvement

  • Support SOX, audit, access management, data governance, and documentation requirements for financial systems processes.
  • Maintain process documentation and evidence for recurring close, forecast, budget, and reporting activities.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, data accuracy, transparency, and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT, Oracle Support, vendors, and business partners to resolve system issues and improve finance technology capabilities.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, FP&A processes, accounting systems, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, EPBCS or PBCS, Essbase, Oracle SmartView, planning applications, financial metadata, and business rules.
  • Experience using Oracle Smart View for reporting, data retrieval, ad hoc analysis, and data submission.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • MS or MBA preferred.
  • CPA, CFA, CMA, Oracle EPM certification, or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Experience in banking, FP&A, financial services, or a highly regulated environment preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle EDM, PCMCS, EPM Automate, Data Management, Data Integrations, Narrative Reporting, Power BI, SQL, automation tools, or data warehouse platforms preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
