The Total Rewards Systems Analyst supports the systems, data and operational processes used across Global Total Rewards. The role coordinates business-side configuration and testing with HR Technology, executes approved system-based compensation cycles, administers the Comp AI Tool and automated survey feeds, and maintains reliable reporting and data controls. The Analyst also supports benefits processes, carrier feeds and the Global Benefits Inventory with program owners and providers. The role translates approved business rules into tested system outcomes and resolves issues without independently changing policy or employee entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

Workday Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate and validate approved business-side configuration for compensation and benefits processes with HR Technology, following technical access and release controls. Programs and Benefits supply and approve their business rules.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, reconcile outputs and track defects for compensation and benefits changes. Obtain business-owner acceptance and HR Technology release approval before production.
  • Manage total rewards data governance in Workday — job codes, ranges, grades, comp plans, benefits configs, eligibility rules, carrier feed mappings.
  • Troubleshoot Workday comp and benefits module issues — coordinate with HR Tech for resolution.

Comp AI Tool Administration

  • Administer the Comp AI Tool — user access, data feeds, configuration, Workday integration.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity — market data, internal data, benchmarking outputs.
  • Manage automated survey submission feeds — ensure data flows, participation, and market data ingestion are accurate and timely.
  • Support user onboarding and training for Consultants, Analysts, and HRBPs.
  • Coordinate with vendor on enhancements, issues, and updates.

Benefits Systems Oversight

  • Support open enrollment system testing — plan configs, eligibility, enrollment workflows.
  • Audit carrier feed accuracy — identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain Global Benefits Inventory data with Lockton and Global Benefits; Benefits validates plan content and local program rules.

Audits, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain total rewards dashboards — headcount costs, comp metrics, pay equity, benefits trends, vendor performance.
  • Perform data and system-control checks covering pay-range mapping, classification fields, benefits enrollment, carrier feeds and cycle outcomes. Escalate policy or legal interpretation issues to TR Compliance and the program owner.
  • Develop ad hoc analytics — scenario modeling, cost projections, retention risk, market trends.
  • Support external reporting — proxy, Form 5500, ACA 1094/1095-C, regulatory filings.
  • Ensure data reconciliation across all systems.

System Cycle Execution and Operational Controls

  • Run approved compensation system events, monitor processing, resolve tickets and reconcile final outputs before the authorized payroll handoff.
  • Maintain configuration documentation, test scripts, access records and recurring-system playbooks; support release, rollback and incident procedures.
  • Develop metric definitions, dashboards and scheduled reports with business owners, documenting validation, data access and refresh frequency.
  • Manage survey submission status through the Comp AI Tool and resolve feed exceptions. Refer material job-match and benchmark selection questions to Programs or Consultants.

Role Boundaries and Decision Rights

  • Does not own compensation philosophy, plan design, routine offer decisions or legal conclusions.
  • Programs owns business content and validation; Systems executes the approved workflow and reconciles results.
  • Benefits/Equity own their program vendor operations; Systems supports technical connections and data controls. Regulatory audits and remediation oversight are coordinated with TR Compliance.

Success Measures:

Targets and review cadence are agreed with the manager after assessing workload, program deadlines and baseline performance.

  • Accurate reconciliations and complete testing evidence.
  • On-time system processing and reporting.
  • Documented incident resolution and stable data feeds.
  • Accessible training and current process documentation.

Working Requirements:

Travel, regional working-hour overlap, accessibility requirements and any required language capabilities are confirmed for the position through the approved staffing process. Handle compensation, health, financial and participant data only through authorized systems and access controls.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IS, HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years HRIS/compensation systems or benefits systems administration.
  • Strong Workday HCM knowledge — comp and/or benefits module.
  • Experience with BenAdmin platforms (Empyrean, bswift, Benefitfocus, or similar).
  • Data audits, carrier feed management, system reconciliation experience.
  • Strong analytical skills — dashboards, audits, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel-based dashboards.

Preferred:

  • Experience with real-time benchmarking platforms.
  • Retirement recordkeeper systems (Fidelity, Vanguard).
  • Manufacturing or multi-site environments.
  • M&A systems integration and data migration.

Competencies:

  • Systems Expertise: Understands how HRIS, comp, and benefits systems interconnect.
  • Data Integrity: Every data point, feed, and report accurate and reconciled.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnoses system issues quickly.
  • Partnership: Works with HR Tech, vendors, and all TR pillars.

Compensation and Benefits:

Applicants may be entitled to:

  • Mandatory Statutory Benefits according to the laws and legislation
  • Staff dormitory, Dining hall, Gym room, Company Shuttle, and other supportive facilities and services for those living on-site
  • Occupational health check-ups, Shuttle bus, Supplementary housing allowance (those not in dorms), Meal subsidy, etc.
  • Labor unions or other kinds of associations of interest, rich recreational activities such as company Annual Dinners, holiday gifts and greetings, team building, and various social activities.
  • Systematic training courses, Development projects, and Career paths

Export Statement: Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
