Responsabilidades del rol

En este rol podrás conectar a los individuos para que el progreso y la prosperidad puedan llegar a más personas, familias y comunidades.

  • Brindar los diversos productos de la compañía.
  • Control de caja, cumpliendo con el procedimiento indicado para el manejo de efectivo y seguridad de la sucursal.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los parámetros establecidos en los manuales y políticas de fraude de la Empresa.
  • Trabajo en equipo a fin de cumplir los objetivos comerciales.

Requisitos del rol

  • Educación secundaria completa.
  • Experiencia en atención al cliente, manejo de efectivo y control de caja.
  • Poseer un buen historial de crédito (DICOM).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 5 días por semana en turnos rotativos entre las 09:00 a.m. y las 19:00 p.m., con 2 días libres rotativos.
  • Flexibilidad para rotar entre sucursales dentro de las comunas de la Región Metropolitana.
  • Sólidas habilidades de resolución de problemas, orientación al cliente, comunicación efectiva y atención al detalle, con capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma o colaborativa en entornos dinámicos.
