Job Description

Westfield Country Club is excited to announce the part-time job opportunity of dining room host and food runner/busser. This position is a dual role at the club, offering experience at two highly interactive, guest-facing positions at the club. Organizational skills are developed and tested in the role of host, where reservation details are very important, and lines of walk-in customers must be greeted promptly and delegated to server sections properly to ensure proper flow in the dining room. Meanwhile, the host needs to answer incoming phone calls and handle to go orders with effortless grace. Your role is incredibly important to avoid over seating, chaos, and customer dissatisfaction at the club. Are you up to the challenge?

As a food runner/busser, menu knowledge and service timing are learned quickly as you act as the liaison between the fast pace of the kitchen and the calm of the dining room without letting the guests see you sweat. Easy, right? This is the step between no restaurant experience and working as a server, and the host position at Westfield Country Club will teach you what you need to know to become a knowledgeable server.

The Spring of 2026 will open with a brand-new clubhouse, a state-of-the-art dining room and bar, a new pool facility, and an exciting new menu and concept. Join a new food and beverage team where personal development is a promise, where every member has the opportunity to contribute and learn, and where every member of the team is valuable.

Pay starts at $11 per hour plus tips.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
