In The Westhive Kitchen verwöhnen wir unsere Community sowie externe Gäste morgens mit Frühstückssnacks, mittags mit abwechslungsreichen Tagesmenüs, feiner Pasta, Sandwiches und Salaten – sowie den ganztägigen, fantastischen Barista-Kaffee. Direkt nebenan servieren wir in unserem Restaurant Bills Burger über Mittag feinste Burger und schmackhafte Hot Sandwiches. Du bist das Gesicht von Westhive und liebst es, unseren Coworkern und Gästen den Tag zu verschönern? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Für unser Team am Standort Hardturmstrasse in Zürich West suchen wir ein Organisationstalent mit Gastgeber-DNA, das an der Theke für beste Vibes sorgt, Events begleitet und unseren Standort zum Lieblingsort macht als:

Host & Allrounder für Service, Bar & Events / Springerfunktion

DEINE AUFGABEN • Aktiv Hosten: Du empfängst unsere Coworking-Community sowie externe Gäste herzlich und bist die erste Ansprechperson für Fragen und Tipps am Welcome-Desk. • Theke & Service: Du betreust unsere Gäste direkt an der Theke (ohne Tischservice), kümmerst dich um die Essensausgabe sowie die Getränkezubereitung und handhabst das Kassensystem eigenverantwortlich. • Events & Dynamics: Du unterstützt tatkräftig bei der Planung, dem Aufbau und der Durchführung von Member-Events, Network-Apéros und Abendveranstaltungen. • Qualität & Vibes: Du sorgst für eine aufgeräumte, einladende Wohlfühlatmosphäre im Gäste- und Barbereich und hältst die Hygienestandards ein.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Gastgeber-DNA: Fundierte Praxis oder eine Ausbildung in der Gastronomie / Hotellerie ist für dich die Basis, um unseren Gästen mit Begeisterung zu begegnen.
  • Personality: Du bist offen, herzlich, gehst aktiv auf andere zu und strahlst auch in stressigen Momenten positive Energie aus.
  • Team-Spirit: Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du packst mit an und gehst für das Team gerne die berühmte Extrameile.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig, verlässlich und mit hohem Qualitäts- und Ordnungssinn.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (unsere Community ist international!).
