KAMO is gespecialiseerd in maatwerk in natuursteen, keramiek en composiet voor keukens, badkamers en interieurs. KAMO groeit jaar na jaar en kiest bewust voor kwaliteit, vakmanschap en persoonlijke service. Een goede planning is dan ook belangrijk, maar het zijn de mensen op de werkvloer die ze waarmaken. KAMO zoekt iemand die hun vakmensen dagelijks aanstuurt, ondersteunt en zorgt dat ze hun werk goed kunnen doen.

Functieomschrijving

Je coördineert een team van zo'n 20 arbeiders in het atelier en in de plaatsingsploegen. Je bent aanwezig, weet wat er leeft en zorgt voor duidelijke afspraken. Met jouw ervaring in leiding geven breng je rust en structuur in een bedrijf dat volop groeit.

  1. Je zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het atelier en bij de plaatsingsploegen. Je verdeelt het werk en geeft duidelijke, praktische instructies.
  • Je vertaalt de planning naar een haalbare werkverdeling en volgt de uitvoering op. Bij afwezigheden, vertragingen of onverwachte problemen stuur je bij.
  • Je stemt af met de collega’s die instaan voor werkvoorbereiding en planning, zodat je ploegen met de juiste informatie, materialen en middelen aan de slag kunnen.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van het werk, met aandacht voor veilig werken en een verzorgd resultaat bij de klant.
  1. Je geeft leiding tussen de mensen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je team. Je luistert, helpt problemen oplossen en hakt knopen door wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je spreekt collega’s aan op afspraken, werkhouding en kwaliteit. Rechtuit en met respect.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt dat kennis en ervaring binnen de ploeg worden doorgegeven.
  • Je houdt contact met de plaatsingsploegen en volgt op wat zij nodig hebben om hun werk vlot uit te voeren.
  • Je signaleert terugkerende knelpunten en zoekt samen met de betrokken collega’s naar praktische oplossingen.

Je hebt ervaring met het leiding geven, bijvoorbeeld in een productiebedrijf, de bouw of een technische omgeving. Je weet hoe je een ploeg meekrijgt en hoe je duidelijkheid brengt, ook wanneer de druk toeneemt.

  • Je bent zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar op de werkvloer. Je bouwt vertrouwen op door consequent en correct te handelen.
  • Je kunt werk verdelen, prioriteiten stellen en opvolgen zonder alles zelf over te nemen.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt wat een goede voorbereiding en uitvoering vragen.
  • Je blijft rustig als de planning verandert en zoekt snel een werkbare oplossing.
  • Je durft bij te sturen en moeilijke gesprekken te voeren, met respect voor de persoon tegenover je.
  • Je communiceert helder met arbeiders, collega’s op kantoor en de zaakvoerders.

Ervaring met natuursteen, keramiek of composiet is welkom maar geen vereiste. Onze materialen en werkwijze leren we je graag kennen.
