We’re searching for a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance. Are you searching for new possibilities?   Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance at our office Burlington, ON. In this role, you will represent the Westland brand and values while delivering exceptional insurance service and trusted advice to our clients.   Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $44,800 to $56,000 based on a 35-hour work week. As we continue to open new doors, we're inviting amazing people like you to join us.    As a New Business Advisor, Personal Lines Insurance, your primary focus will be identifying sales opportunities, recommending appropriate personal lines insurance solutions, and closing new business.   Why we’ll love You:  

Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting with a proactive, sales-driven, client-focused approach Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals High attention to detail, strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels Organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively RIBO license and at least one year of insurance experience Commitment to ongoing professional development (CAIB or CIP is an asset)
