Een product dat de deur uitgaat, moet gewoon goed zijn. Daar doe jij geen toegevingen op. Jij hebt oog voor detail, durft kritisch te zijn en krijgt energie van mensen meenemen in een verhaal van kwaliteit.

Jouw missie? Zorgen dat alleen kwalitatieve eindproducten onze site verlaten.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Je controleert dagelijks de eindproducten met een kritische blik. De vraag die je jezelf stelt: zou ik dit product zelf kopen?
  • Je merkt afwijkingen op, bespreekt ze met de juiste mensen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je analyseert klachten samen met de verantwoordelijke en de kwaliteitsmedewerker. Je zoekt niet alleen naar een oplossing, maar vooral naar de oorzaak, zodat dezelfde fout zich niet opnieuw voordoet.
  • Je begeleidt medewerkers bij de opstart van nieuwe producten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er verwacht wordt.
  • Je gaat actief in gesprek met de OK-medewerkers, verzamelt verbeterpunten en helpt hen op de juiste manier in te zetten.
  • Je waakt mee over orde, correct materiaalgebruik, grondstoffen en persoonlijke hygiëne.
  • Wanneer de kwaliteit in het gedrang komt, durf je in te grijpen. Indien nodig leg je de lijn stil.

We zoeken iemand die kwaliteit niet zomaar belangrijk vindt, maar er écht voor wil gaan.

Jij bent voor 90% van je tijd op de werkvoer en...

  • hebt een scherp oog voor detail en ziet snel wanneer iets niet klopt;
  • bent kritisch, nauwkeurig en laat weinig aan het toeval over;
  • durft collega’s op een respectvolle manier aan te spreken;
  • communiceert open en duidelijk, ook wanneer iets beter moet;
  • denkt oplossingsgericht en zoekt naar de oorzaak achter een probleem;
  • weet mensen mee te krijgen en neemt hen graag mee in het kwaliteitsverhaal;
  • voelt je thuis op de werkvloer en houdt ervan om dicht bij de praktijk te staan.

Kennis van onze producten en processen is belangrijk. Je wil die kennis dan ook goed beheersen, zodat je met vertrouwen en inzicht de kwaliteit kunt bewaken.

Deze functie is iets voor jou als je graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, niet wegkijkt wanneer iets fout loopt en voldoening haalt uit verbetering.

Je bent niet iemand die alleen fouten aanwijst. Je zoekt uit waarom ze gebeuren, betrekt de juiste mensen en helpt ervoor zorgen dat het de volgende keer beter gaat.
