Westvlees is een trotse pijler binnen Belgian Pork Group, een toonaangevend netwerk van 8 Belgische vestigingen die samen jaarlijks 420.000 ton kwaliteitsvol varkensvlees verwerken – waarvan een groot deel voor de export naar meer dan 50 landen wereldwijd.

Wat ga jij doen?

Jouw dag als Recruiter…

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van het werving- en selectieproces van A tot Z binnen Belgian Pork Group.

Als een echte partner weet je de noden van directie en lijnmanagement te capteren en dit om te zetten in een duurzame aanwervingsstrategie. Je bouwt relaties uit met externe partners, maar je hebt evengoed oog dat dit op een kostefficiënte manier gebeurt.

Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met ons marketing departement om ons DNA en onze cultuur te vertalen richting de externe arbeidsmarkt. Je denkt altijd na over creatieve oplossingen en wervingscampagnes om onze werkgeverspositie te verstevigen.

Ondanks de competitieve en uitdagende arbeidersmarkt, weet je als Recruiter kandidaten te overtuigen om voor The Belgian Pork Group te kiezen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je beschikt over een brede ervaring op vlak van het rekruteren, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je kan als geen ander mensen en situaties aanvoelen en inschatten
  • Door jou uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden bouw je een perfecte brug tussen directie, het lijnmanagement en de externe arbeidsmarkt
  • Samenwerken en zaken in beweging brengen, daar krijg jij echt energie van!
  • Je voelt je opperbest in een operationele rol, maar je houdt er evengoed van om de zaken vanuit een helikopterperspectief te bekijken
  • Je spreekt naast het Nederlands ook een aardig mondje Engels en Frans
