JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Junior Procurement Manager, you will shape and optimise our sourcing landscape to directly support Westwing’s design-led growth and operational excellence. You will take full ownership of vendor relationships, packaging procurement, and sustainability reporting while collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics teams. This is a role designed for an analytical, commercially driven problem-solver who thrives on translating raw numbers into actionable negotiation leverage and measurable cost efficiencies. This position is permanent and based in Robakowo.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own end-to-end sourcing and supplier management by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating commercial terms with domestic and international partners to secure optimal pricing and service levels
- Drive packaging demand forecasting using operational data, historical consumption trends, and automated planning models to guarantee uninterrupted supply continuity
- Lead supplier performance tracking and outsourcing projects, monitoring execution against key milestones, quality benchmarks, and strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Shape packaging sustainability initiatives by tracking, analysing, and reporting on recyclability, carbon footprint, and material compliance metrics in line with international environmental standards
- Deliver comprehensive spend analyses, cost-breakdown calculations, and AI-assisted benchmark models to identify ongoing margin and cost-optimisation opportunities
- Execute purchase orders (POs) and streamline procurement workflows in close alignment with internal inventory, warehouse logistics, and quality assurance stakeholders
YOU COME WITH
- First practical experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, ideally with exposure to packaging materials, indirect spend, or vendor outsourcing operations
- Advanced MS Excel skills with demonstrated experience building complex calculation sheets, cost models, and data-driven business cases
- Strong negotiation capabilities and the confidence to manage stakeholder alignment across both cross-functional internal teams and external supplier networks
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder timelines, enforce SLA adherence, and maintain structured execution under pressure
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) to lead international commercial negotiations and present actionable insights effectively
