Als Praktikant*in People Operations bist du die tatkräftige Unterstützung für administrative sowie organisatorische Personalthemen und lernst dabei die Personalarbeit von A-Z kennen. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen bist du für verschiedene Themen der erste Kontakt für unsere Team Members. Diese Position ist auf 6 Monate befristet, der Arbeitsort ist München.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Aufgaben innerhalb des gesamten Employee-Life-Cycles, vom Preboarding bis hin zum Offboarding
  • Eigenständige Beantwortung von Anfragen über unser Ticketsystem
  • Organisation und Koordination unseres Onboardings am ersten Tag unserer Neustarter
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Mitwirkung bei weiteren Themen, z.B. Betreuung unserer Employee Benefits oder Prozessoptimierungen mit KI

YOU COME WITH

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Große Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, zum Beispiel mit Excel und PowerPoint, Erfahrungen mit Personio von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
