Aufgabengebiet

In dieser spannenden Position übernehmen Sie selbständig die Bewirtschaftung eines vielseitigen Immobilienportfolios im Raum Zug und Umgebung. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Eigenständige Verwaltung und Pflege eines Immobilien\-Portefeuilles (Wohn\- und Geschäftsliegenschaften)
  • Führen von Mietverhandlungen, Erstellen und Abschliessen von Mietverträgen
  • Überwachen des Mietzinsinkassos und Koordination des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Erstellen von Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen sowie Jahresabschlüssen und Liegenschaftsbuchhaltungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über folgende Qualifikationen:

  • Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter oder sind aktuell in Ausbildung dazu
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenverständnis
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gepflegte Umgangsformen
