The posting

In dieser Schlüsselposition unterstützen Sie den Eigentümer in der finanziellen Gesamtverantwortung für ein Portfolio von rund 30 Immobilien\-Gesellschaften und schaffen die strategischen und operativen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für eine wirkungsvolle Führung der Unternehmensgruppe.

Ihre Aufgaben sind vielseitig und beinhalten:

  • Verantwortung für Controlling, Reporting und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Führen der Budgetierungsprozesse und der Finanzberichterstattung durch Soll\-Ist\-Vergleiche und die entsprechenden Abweichungsanalysen
  • Prüfen von Kaufofferten für Immobilien und Erarbeiten von Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der für die Jahresrechnungen verantwortliche Kollegin vor Ort in Zürich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Verwaltern in der ganzen Schweiz ggf mit Architekten und Handwerkern
  • Vereinzelt Objektbesichtigungen

Sie bringen eine fundierte Berufserfahrung im Finanz\- und/oder Treuhandwesen mit \-idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Flair für Immobilien. Sie überzeugen durch Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken, Genauigkeit und Diskretion.

Ihr Profil:

  • Fachausweis Treuhand/FRW oder Weiterbildung in Finance \& Controlling oder entsprechende Erfahrung
  • Abschluss\- und bilanzsicher nach OR
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Flexibilität im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von grossem Vorteil
  • Affinität zu Immobilien
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Reisen innerhalb der Schweiz – Auto von Vorteil
