In dieser verantwortungsvollen und vielseitigen Position tragen Sie die HR\-Verantwortung für die Institution. Dabei übernehmen Sie nachstehende Aufgaben:

  • Der gesamte Rekrutierungsprozess und Anstellungsprozess wird von Ihnen erledigt – von der Stellenausschreibung bis hin zum Ausarbeiten des Vertrages, vom Mitarbeitereintritt bis zum Austritt.
  • Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für sämtliche Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen rund um den HR\-Bereich. Von personalrechtlichen Themen bis hin zu versicherungstechnischen Details, Sie geben fachkompetent Auskunft. Ausserdem wirken Sie unterstützend bei Mitarbeitergesprächen mit.
  • Der Payroll\-Prozess wird von Ihnen von A\-Z abgewickelt. Fristgerechtes und exaktes Arbeiten sind für Sie dabei eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Lohnrelevante Daten werden von Ihnen stets aktuell gehalten.
  • Ihr Fachwissen ist auch bei der Projektarbeit gefragt. Sie wirken bei HR\-spezifischen sowie Digitalisierungsprojekten mit und schaffen dabei einen echten Mehrwert.

Ihre Stärken und Erfahrungen

Neben fundierter Berufserfahrung als HR\-Fachperson bringen Sie ein relevantes Fachwissen rund um die Lohnbuchhaltung mit. Sie zeichnen sich wie folgt aus:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen inkl. Lohnbuchhaltung (von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen)
  • Weiterbildung als HR\-Fachperson mit eidg. Fachausweis von Vorteil
  • Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstarke und empathische Persönlichkeit
  • Digitale Affinität
  • Pragmatische, strukturierte und bedarfsgerechte Arbeitsweise – auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen behalten Sie den Überblick und setzen Prioritäten richtig
