Immobilienbewirtschafter (w/m/d) mit Leidenschaft für STWEG 80\-100% =====================================================================

Aufgabengebiet

In dieser spannenden übernehmen Sie abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die professionelle Bewirtschaftung eines vielfältigen Portfolios (Miet\- und Gewerbeobjekte sowie Stockwerkeigentum als Schwerpunkt)
  • Selbständige Abwicklung aller administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Fachkundige Betreuung und Beratung von Eigentümern und Mietern
  • Leitung von Stockwerkeigentumsversammlungen
  • Sicherstellung der laufenden Gebäudeinstandhaltung sowie Organisation externer Handwerker
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gewinnung neuer Verwaltungsmandate
  • Übernahme einzelner Erstvermietungen
  • Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Teams

Tatkräftige Unterstützung erhalten Sie von einer Sachbearbeiterin. Zusätzlich besteht \- je nach Erfahrung \- die Möglichkeit, vielseitige Zusatzaufgaben zu übernehmen.

Ihre Stärken und Erfahrungen

Wenn Sie sich in folgender Beschreibung wiederfinden, könnten Sie bestens zu unserem Kunden passen:

  • Eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter\*in
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Verwaltung von Stockwerkeigentum zwingend
  • Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Wohn\- und Geschäftsliegenschaften von Vorteil
  • Dienstleistungsorientiertes Auftreten und ausgeprägter Teamgeist
  • Selbständigkeit, strukturiertes Arbeiten und ein kühler auch bei erhöhtem Arbeitsanfall
