Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Als Sachbearbeiter\*in Treuhand arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Team zusammen, führen selbständig Buchhaltungen und bringen sich aktiv in den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts ein. Ihre Arbeit ist vielseitig, fordernd und bietet die Möglichkeit zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Selbständige Führung von Kreditoren\-, Debitoren\- und Hauptbuchhaltungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Lohnbuchhaltungen
  • Erstellung von MWST\-Abrechnungen für unterschiedliche Mandanten
  • Mitarbeit bei Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Mandatsbetreuung

Ihre Stärken und Erfahrungen

Was Sie auszeichnet:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Treuhandbereich sind erforderlich (mindestens drei Jahre)
  • Erfahrung mit Abacus von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem motivierten Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikative, zuvorkommende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
