Assistent Teamleader Inbound

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je ondersteunt de teamleader bij de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van het Inbound team en neemt mee een trekkende rol op.
  • Je werkt actief mee in de dagelijkse werking: containers lossen, producten uitsorteren en inkomende goederen verwerken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat geleverde producten correct geregistreerd worden met behulp van een scanner en op de juiste locatie terechtkomen met behulp van een reachtruck.
  • Je houdt mee het overzicht over de inkomende zendingen en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met de teamleader transit en de aankoopdienst.
  • Je ontvangt de documenten van chauffeurs, controleert wat in ontvangst wordt genomen en volgt eventuele beschadigingen of afwijkingen correct op.
  • Je bent een eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s op de werkvloer, helpt hen verder bij vragen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je waakt mee over een vlotte werkverdeling en zorgt ervoor dat prioriteiten opgevolgd worden.
  • Je geeft het goede voorbeeld op vlak van orde, netheid en veiligheid.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de teamleader kan je extra verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en mee zorgen voor de continuïteit binnen het team.
  • Wanneer nodig spring je bij in onze packing- of pickingafdeling.
