The role will partner across product, technology, design, analytics, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and business leadership to shape the operating model for AI agents and ensure agentic solutions are governed, observable, resilient, and aligned to business priorities.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the business authority for agentic operations product capabilities, ensuring product decisions reflect customer, business, operational, risk, compliance, and technology needs.
  • Establish product goals, objectives, key results, performance indicators, adoption measures, and value realization routines for agent health, reliability, usage, cost, latency, resilience, quality, and business impact.
  • Lead product discovery and continuous research with stakeholders, users, technology partners, risk partners, and business teams to identify needs, validate problems, prioritize opportunities, and shape scalable solutions.
  • Translate agentic operations needs into product epics, feature priorities, acceptance criteria, operating requirements, and sequencing recommendations aligned to enterprise product practices.

  • Partner with technology, architecture, data, security, model governance, and platform teams to design capabilities for agent observability, orchestration, escalation, resiliency, model suitability, knowledge access, and performance monitoring.
  • Define and maintain operational guardrails for agent and LLM usage, including thresholds for autonomy, time, cost, risk, escalation, unsupported tool use, retries, exception handling, and business-approved use.
  • Oversee product requirements for controls that prevent unmanaged agent behavior, including runaway loops, excessive retries, unsupported tool use, policy exceptions, inappropriate outputs, and activity outside approved risk tolerance.
  • Shape product capabilities that support resilience, including fallback paths, failover routines, continuity expectations, human-in-the-loop escalation, exception handling, and business continuity when agents, models, tools, or knowledge sources are unavailable or degraded.
  • Lead decisions on model suitability and routing strategy by balancing task complexity, quality expectations, latency, cost, risk, reasoning requirements, and approved model usage.
  • Maintain visibility into token usage, model consumption, cost trends, capacity demand, agent utilization, and workflow performance at the agent, workflow, business area, and portfolio level.
  • Translate token, cost, latency, quality, risk, usage, adoption, and performance data into product recommendations, roadmap trade-offs, capacity decisions, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Serve as a senior product partner to technology and delivery teams, enabling sequencing, dependency management, delivery readiness, launch readiness, change adoption, and ongoing product performance improvement.
  • Represent Agentic Operations in governance forums, portfolio planning, risk reviews, operating routines, and senior leadership discussions.
  • Influence cross-functional partners without direct authority, aligning stakeholders around product priorities, risk decisions, delivery sequencing, roadmap trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead through ambiguity by establishing product structure, decision frameworks, operating standards, and practical solutions for emerging agentic AI capabilities in a regulated financial services environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Experience operating in a regulated environment with accountability for risk, compliance, controls, governance, audit readiness, privacy, information classification, or responsible technology practices.
  • Experience using data, product performance metrics, customer or user insights, operational reporting, and business analysis to make product decisions and communicate recommendations.
  • Experience partnering with technology, design, analytics, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms, LLM-based capabilities, AI agents, agent orchestration, observability tools, prompt operations, knowledge management, model routing, workflow automation, or AI-enabled product capabilities.

  • Experience developing operating models, playbooks, adoption plans, performance scorecards, capacity management routines, executive reporting, and value realization frameworks for digital or platform products.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
