Welche Aufgaben erwarten Sie?

Wir bieten zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, frühestens aber zum 1. Januar 2027, eine Stelle in Vollzeit, die zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet ist. Als Regionalmanager Mitte (m/w/d) haben Sie die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen eines Pilotprojekts die ehrenamtlichen Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in unseren Bezirken Stuttgart/Böblingen, Neckar/Fils und Ostwürttemberg bei organisatorischen, administrativen und koordinativen Aufgaben zu unterstützen. Sie arbeiten vorwiegend Remote und vor Ort in den Bezirken, darüber hinaus an mindestens einem Tag pro Woche in der WFV-Geschäftsstelle.

Konkret erwarten Sie die folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung administrativer Aufgaben in den Bezirken und in der Zusammenarbeit mit der WFV-Geschäftsstelle
  • Betreuung und Einführung digitaler Prozesse, insbesondere auf Grundlage von M365-Strukturen; Erstellung von Vorlagen, Workflows, Checklisten u. ä.
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von Bezirksveranstaltungen (Bezirkstage, Ehrenamtsveranstaltungen, Staffeltage usw.)
  • Unterstützung von Jugend- und Talentförderveranstaltungen, z. B. Sparkassen JuniorCup, VR-Talentiade und Tag des Mädchenfußballs
  • Unterstützung der Bezirke in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Kommunikation
  • Onboarding und Begleitung neuer ehrenamtlich Mitarbeitender
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Personalentwicklung und Personalsuche in den Bezirken
  • Unterstützung der Gremienarbeit in den Bezirken, insbesondere durch Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen

Was erwarten wir von Ihnen?

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Sportmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Verwaltungswissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit M365, hohe Digitalaffinität
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und gelegentlichen Wochenend-Einsätzen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
