Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption, analyse data and translate business challenges into practical AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges, analyse workflows and identify opportunities for AI/ML implementation.
  • Explore and analyse business data using Python, SQL or relevant tools to assess data quality, feasibility and readiness for AI solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into AI/ML use cases, defining project objectives, scope, success metrics, implementation roadmaps and expected ROI.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and solution architects to conceptualise solutions, support prototyping and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Facilitate client workshops, prepare business proposals and deliver presentations to communicate AI solutions, technical concepts and business benefits effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in AI-related business analysis, data analysis, technical consulting or a similar role. Candidates with consulting experience are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL, with a good understanding of AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agents.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working in Agile environments. Junior Data Scientists, AI Engineers or Software Developers seeking a client-facing role are welcome to apply.
