Ben jij geen fan van de hele dag achter een bureau zitten? Duik jij liever de actie in om te zien hoe theorie en praktijk écht (niet) matchen? Voor ons warehouse zoeken we een pragmatische stagiair(e) die op de werkvloer wil staan om onze logistieke processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Jouw missie op de vloer:

  • Je observeert, analyseert en adviseert. Jouw doel? De kloof tussen theorie (hoe het op papier staat) en praktijk (hoe het écht gebeurt) dichten.
  • Je draait zelfstandig mee op de magazijnvloer. Je observeert activiteiten zoals orderpicking en replenishment van heel dichtbij.
  • Je vergelijkt onze Standard Operating Procedures met de realiteit en spot procesfouten en workarounds.
  • Je analyseert hoe uren en prestaties geregistreerd worden in ons WMS. Waar zitten de blinde vlekken en de administratieve lasten?
  • Door data te combineren met jouw observaties op de vloer, leg je de échte oorzaken van inefficiëntie bloot.
  • Je interviewt operators en supervisors om te snappen waarom processen anders lopen.
  • Je giet al jouw bevindingen in een pragmatisch, realistisch actieplan dat we direct kunnen implementeren.
  • Je snapt de basis van Lean Management, Six Sigma of 5S. Je hebt affiniteit met Supply Chain, logistiek en magazijnprocessen (WMS).
  • Je bent autonoom en zet zelf je onderzoek op.-Je spreekt de nuchtere taal van de magazijnmedewerker om vertrouwen te winnen, maar kan je bevindingen net zo makkelijk presenteren aan het management.
  • Je snapt dat verandering soms weerstand oproept en weet mensen op een positieve manier mee te krijgen.

Aan het einde van je stage (en perfect als input voor een bachelor- of masterproef) lever je het volgende op:

  • Een heldere weergave van de huidige kloof tussen werkinstructie en praktijk.
  • Een verbeterplan met realistische oplossingen, verwachte impact en een stappenplan voor implementatie.
