  • Work closely with photographers, videographers and post‑production staff to optimise file structures, handover processes and asset lifecycles.
  • Govern DAM and Production server workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits of metadata quality, file integrity and rights compliance.
  • Partner with IT and relevant stakeholders to support system improvements, troubleshoot issues and plan workflow enhancements.

Content Support & Quality Control:

  • Assist Post Production Technician with producing to‑scale digital art mock‑ups and framing mock ups to support Sales, Digital and internal planning needs.
  • Support image retouching and quality control processes, ensuring all assets meet gallery standards before distribution or publication.
  • Troubleshoot asset‑related issues with internal teams and photographers to maintain consistent quality and usability.

Rights Management & Image Licensing:

  • Track image usage, artist approvals and third‑party permissions across platforms and projects.
  • Manage the Image Licensing enquiries via CRM and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Director, Editorial, Head of Editorial and Secondary Research team to conduct image research and support licensing for monthly Salon presentations, White Cube publications and other agreed projects. Requests will be approved by the Head of Photography and scheduled according to departmental priorities, available capacity and agreed deadlines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
